Shipping Rates for Black Garlic or Garlic Bulbs
In an effort to keep our prices low, we ship through Canada Post. We offer flat rate shipping.
Shipping Methods of Garlic Bulbs
Shipping of garlic bulbs is only to Canadian mailing addresses. NO P.O. BOX SHIPPING.
Shipping will be after August 31 and go until freezing temperatures are expected. Orders that are placed after mid-October are at risk of freezing and may compromise the quality of the garlic bulbs.

NOTE: Due to Agriculture regulations, we are not permitted to ship garlic bulbs to USA or to any international countaries.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we will not be accepting any returns or refunds of garlic bulbs. Please email with any questions.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at: info@food4lifemarket.com
We cannot absolutely guarantee our garlic will perform for you. There are too many variables in gardening or farming. We can tell you that over the last 8 years we have received a lot of real reviews from happy customers impressed with the quality of our garlic and how well it has performed for them. Our garlic has also started many successful garlic farms and helped new gardeners grow great garlic.
We always inspect each bulb for quality. If we see any issues, we don’t ship it!
Garlic is produce and it does naturally deteriorate as all produce does. We do recommend planting your garlic around early October, because large bulbs do naturally deteriorate faster than eating garlic, especially certain varieties. If you order after October 15th, you must plant your garlic right away as we inspect it before it leaves, but it can naturally deteriorate quickly, so you need to plant it right after receiving it.
